"GEMMA IS THE GORDON RAMSEY OF MEDIA AND MARKETING. A LOT NICER BUT WITH MORE SWEARING! THE MOST FUN I'VE HAD IN BUSINESS."
- James Calderbank, client and national FSB Young Entrepreneur of the Year
"You lass, you can talk a glass eye to sleep!"
True. Guilty. But I can talk the talk, walk the walk and deliver results.
I'm a word wizard who can bring your business to life via many ways; social media, digital marketing, copywriting and even presenting on your behalf.
I help clients communicate better within their organisations and craft more engaging ways to talk to customers.
I love what I do and live to be creative, innovative and fun.
I'm also pretty nifty with a camera, am a radio presenter and best selling author.
HOW I SPEND MY TIME
MAKING STUFF SOUND GOOD
I write words.
On websites, blogs, social media, brochures, email marketing, press releases and award entries.
I also write passive aggressive poetry (especially to my husband), Tinder banter for mates and write on dirty cars and steamed up windows...just because.
MAKING THINGS LOOK PRETTY
I collaborate with my good friend STMS Media on making stuff look good.
They're awesome, well respected and sometimes moody graphic ninjas who make websites, marketing materials and social media imagery that pops.
I'm very proud to be a published author. I wrote my first book 'Self Discipline' because I had no self discipline to write a book. (True story!). I help other people be more disciplined - mainly with their mindset through my accountability programme and Facebook group.
SPEAKING INTO MICROPHONES
I am most happy on stage or at BBC Radio Lancashire.
As an experienced radio presenter, I love to present and host a variety of events, awards and conferences.
Give me a microphone and I'll keep audiences entertained, give organisers peace of mind and keep sponsors in the spotlight.
I work 1-2-1 and in small groups to deliver no-nonsense actionable workshops that will unfuddle brains.

Because pugs are cool, because he saps a LOT of my energy, because he's hilarious.
And because I just fancied this ridiculous picture on my website.
